Setting: last Tuesday, coming home from gymnastics, kids are upstairs about to take a shower. Zoe calling me from upstairs:
Mommy: I think it's time we go over the house rules again! Elise made a mess - she just threw all her clothes on the floor and she knows better!! (very reprimanding tone) She knows exactly where they are supposed to go!!
